Program Officer
Key responsibilities:
- Support design, implementation and monitoring of health and community programs.
- Coordinate with partners, donors and stakeholders; prepare reports and documentation.
- Supervise field teams and ensure program quality and compliance.
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences or related field; 3+ years program experience; strong communication and reporting skills.
Admin / HR Officer
Key responsibilities:
- Manage HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, staff records and payroll coordination.
- Oversee office administration, procurement and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local labor regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related; 2+ years HR/admin experience; strong organizational skills.
Laboratory Scientist
Key responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic testing, manage specimen handling and ensure quality assurance in the lab.
- Maintain equipment, recordkeeping and adherence to safety protocols.
- Support capacity building and mentorship for junior lab staff.
Qualifications: BMLS or related qualification; registration with relevant council; 2+ years lab experience; knowledge of QA/QC and biosafety.
Pharmacist
Key responsibilities:
- Manage medicines dispensing, stock control and pharmacovigilance activities.
- Ensure proper storage, accurate record-keeping and compliance with SOPs.
- Provide clinical advice to health teams and participate in training.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm); registration with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria; experience in clinical or program pharmacy.
Nurse
Key responsibilities:
- Provide clinical nursing care, HIV service support, patient counseling and follow-up.
- Support outreach activities and documentation of clinical services.
- Ensure infection prevention and control (IPC) standards are met.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse with NMCN; relevant experience in community or HIV services preferred.
Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver community health services, screening, referrals and health education.
- Support data collection, outreach and linkages to care for key populations.
- Work closely with community structures to improve service uptake.
Qualifications: Certified CHEW with relevant field experience; strong community engagement skills.
MEAL Officer
Key responsibilities:
- Lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities for programs.
- Design M&E tools, analyze data, prepare reports and support learning loops.
- Ensure data quality, dashboarding and capacity building for staff.
Qualifications: Degree in M&E, Statistics, Social Sciences or related; 3+ years M&E experience; strong analytical skills.
